How to Contact Us We don’t want to miss your questions. The best way to contact us and have your questions answered is via email.
Payments Once the details are settled and payment terms are decided, we will send you an invoice and client agreement. You will not receive any products or services prior to the receipt of your signed contract and first instalment.
Cancellation + Refunds We hope that you are 100% satisfied with our work. We truly appreciate your business. However, due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued.
Coaching Packages: As mentioned above, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All contracts and purchases are binding. If you choose to terminate your program, you may be considered for a credit with our Company for the amount paid on the invoice, to be used toward future packages or services.
Workshops and Events: Written notice of cancellation may be processed with a full refund (minus a 10% admin fee) two weeks prior to the course starting. Cancellations received 1 week prior to the course are eligible for a 50% refund unless there is a wait list for the course. Cancellations within the final week prior to the course are non-refundable unless there is a wait list for the course and the course can be run with full attendance.
